Fit4Baby - Prenatal Fitness $199 • 2 visits per Week for 6 weeks • FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, flexibility training, labor positions preparation and transitioning and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!
Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.
